Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
Yes. St. Clara’s is dual certified, which means our rooms can be used for either private pay or Medicaid. Availability may vary, so please contact our admissions team for the most up-to-date information.
What are your visiting hours?
You’re welcome to visit anytime! We don’t have set visiting hours, because family and friends are an important part of our community, and spending time together shouldn’t be limited by a schedule.
What types of care do you provide?
We offer a full range of senior care, including skilled nursing, therapy services (physical, occupational, and speech), long-term care, respite care, and a hospice suite coming soon.
Are your rooms private?
Yes, most of our rooms are private and include a personal bathroom, shower, TV, and individual temperature control. We also offer shared rooms for couples who prefer to stay together.
Is senior care at St. Clara’s Rehab & Senior Care affordable?

What activities do residents enjoy?
There’s always something happening at St. Clara’s! Residents enjoy a variety of daily activities, including morning stretches, BINGO, men’s and women’s clubs, social events, church services, and seasonal celebrations like Grandparents Day and Trick-or-Treating. Do you provide transportation for residents?
Yes. We have a community van used daily to take residents to and from medical appointments and other scheduled outings.
What dietary accommodations do you offer?
Our dining team ensures every resident’s nutrition is personalized. We offer flexible meal options, including low sodium, low concentrated sweet, and mechanically altered diets to accommodate each resident’s needs.
How do I get started or apply for residency?
